1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines the standards for using Pddraw’s AI creative services. By accessing our platform, you agree to these guidelines. Violations may lead to immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to law enforcement when required by law.

2. Prohibited Content

You are strictly forbidden from using this service to generate, request, or attempt to create any of the following:

• NSFW & Adult Content: Any form of sexually explicit, suggestive, pornographic, or sexually-oriented material.
• Minor-Related Exploitation: Sexualized content involving minors is illegal and will be reported to global authorities immediately.
• Unauthorized Face Manipulation: Face-swaps, deepfakes, or any manipulation of real persons without explicit consent.
• Non-Consensual Imagery: Intimate imagery involving any individual, whether real or fictional, created without authorization.
• Defamation & Misleading Media: Portraying real, identifiable individuals in deceptive, harmful, or defamatory contexts.
• Hate Speech & Violence: Promoting harassment, hate speech, or violence against individuals or protected groups.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.
• Illegal & Harmful Goods: Content depicting weapons, illicit drugs, terrorism, or the promotion of self-harm.
• Fraud & Forgery: Creating counterfeit IDs, fake currency, forged documents, or materials for scams.
• Impersonation: Content designed to deceive, manipulate, or impersonate any person or entity.

3. Marketing Restrictions

Promoting Pddraw using terms like "uncensored," "no filter," "NSFW," "18+," or "unfiltered generation" is strictly prohibited. Such claims violate this Policy regardless of the actual output generated.

4. Moderation & Screening

Every prompt submitted to Pddraw is automatically screened by advanced moderation systems (including third-party security layers) before generation. Prompts flagged as policy violations will be blocked, and the task will be canceled. Repeated attempts to bypass filters (jailbreaking) constitute a direct violation.

5. Enforcement

Enforcement actions include:

• Immediate rejection of violating prompts;
• Permanent account termination without refund;
• Forfeiture of all unused credits;
• Reporting to law enforcement agencies and financial partners.

6. Reporting Misuse

If you encounter content that violates this Policy or suspect misuse of our platform, please notify us at support@pddraw.com. All reports are investigated with strict confidentiality.
