Welcome to Pddraw ("the Platform"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering, logging in, or using our AI creative services. We have highlighted key sections regarding ownership, disclaimers, and refund standards in bold.

1. Definitions

Input: Any prompts, reference images, videos, or materials uploaded or submitted by the user to the platform.

Output: All content including images, videos, and text generated by AI models based on the user's Input.

2. Rights & Ownership

User Ownership: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you own the Output generated on the platform. You may use it for commercial purposes at your own compliance risk.

Platform License: To maintain and improve our services, you grant Pddraw a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, distribute, and display your Output (unless you opt-out of the data training program in your settings).

3. Usage Guidelines & AUP

Your usage must strictly comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Generating NSFW, violent, hateful, or infringing content is strictly prohibited. Pddraw reserves the right to terminate accounts that attempt to bypass security filters.

4. Disclaimers

Provided "As Is": We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the uniqueness of the output (similar inputs may yield similar results).

Limitations: AI-generated content may contain visual artifacts or logical errors ("hallucinations"). Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and compliance of the generated content.

5. Billing & Refunds

Pddraw operates on a Credit-based billing system. Credits are deposited immediately upon purchase and remain valid for 12 months. For detailed refund rules, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Core Principle:

Due to the real-time allocation and consumption of AI computing resources, refunds are only supported within a limited time window and at an extremely low consumption ratio. Once substantial consumption occurs, the order is non-refundable.

6. Amendments & Jurisdiction

Pddraw reserves the right to update these terms at any time. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if failed, submitted to local courts.
