Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases & Validity

Purchasing credits on Pddraw is a one-time, pre-paid service. Upon successful payment, credits are deposited into your account immediately and remain valid for 12 months. Expired credits cannot be extended or restored.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that expectations may differ during your first AI creative experience. We provide an "Early Access Guarantee".

You are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that the total credit consumption from that specific order does not exceed 5% of the total credits purchased.

An order becomes non-refundable if any of the following occur:

• More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase;
• Credit consumption reaches or exceeds 5% of the order total (even within the 7-day window).

* Note: The 5% threshold allows you sufficient credits to test model performance while covering the platform's base computing costs.

3. Technical Error Protection

If a generation task fails due to a system error (e.g., model timeout or server crash), the credits consumed for that specific task will be automatically and instantly credited back to your balance. No action is required on your part.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible unused credits, please contact us from your registered email at support@pddraw.com.

Please include your Order ID for faster processing. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Complimentary Credits

Credits obtained through registration bonuses, promotional events, or as compensation have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

Pddraw reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of our Terms of Service.
